نريدك أن تُعجبك مشترياتك. إذا لم تكن راضيًا لأي سبب، يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

✓ أهلية الإرجاع

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مغسول وفي حالته الأصلية وتغليفه.

لا يُمكن إرجاع المنتجات مثل فساتين الزفاف المُصممة خصيصًا، ومنتجات التصفية، وبطاقات الهدايا.

سنرد عليك بتعليمات الإرجاع وعنوان الإرجاع.

بمجرد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنُعيد إليك المبلغ المدفوع.

💸 تكاليف شحن الإرجاع

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا أو غير صحيح.

• Items such as custom-made wedding dresses, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.
